12/12 Pitch, 5 Custom Skylights & Interior Finish
This was a standout Timonium project. The entire roof sat on a steep 12/12 pitch — demanding, skilled work — and the scope went well beyond shingles. We replaced 5 custom-sized skylights, installed new gutters, and added trim between the siding and roofline. The job also required extensive interior drywall and trim work. Hail damage triggered the insurance-covered replacement; the homeowner paid their deductible and upgrade costs. We finished it with CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Driftwood.
Copper Apron Flashing & Open Copper Valleys
A hail-damaged Timonium roof that called for real craftsmanship. We tore off two full layers of existing shingles, then installed copper apron flashing and open valleys done in copper to restore the home's existing copper detailing. Copper work like this is a mark of quality most contractors won't attempt. Insurance covered the project; the homeowner paid only their deductible.

Across Lutherville-Timonium, Force has replaced numerous roofs damaged by hail. These homes had aging 30-year architectural shingles; we upgraded them to CertainTeed Landmark and Landmark Pro shingles. Every one was approved by the homeowner's insurance for full replacement — they paid only their deductible, and insurance covered the rest.
